Where’s the Sunbeam, Rosie Bubby? is a sweet, rhyming picture book about my cat, Rosie, on a playful adventure to find the perfect sunbeam for her nap. Through gentle mischief and light-hearted moments, the story celebrates curiosity, warmth, and the simple comforts of home.
The Brief.
This book was created as a handmade Christmas gift for my Nana in Hobart. Now a great-grandmother to two little ones, I wanted to design a book she could read to them - something gentle, playful, and full of warmth. My nana is an artist herself and has always adored handmade gifts, so illustrating and designing this book became a very personal and meaningful project.
